Spinach In Phyllo (Filo) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. phyllo dough
    1 lb. Jack or Muenster cheese, grated
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 lb. sweet butter
    2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed
    splash of black pepper
Preparation
    Squeeze all water from spinach.
    Grate cheese and mix with eggs, spinach and black pepper.
    Following directions on phyllo dough package, layer 1/2 the pastry with sweet butter.
    Put filling in center and put top layer of pastry on.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
