Cream Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 sq. chocolate or coconut (if desired)
    3 eggs
    3 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients; add the scalded milk gradually. Cook over low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly, and continue the cooking, over hot water, for 15 minutes.
