2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine dry goods and liquid goods in separate bowls.
Drop the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 5 dozen 2 1/4-inch cookies.
