Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced small
    1 lb. or more (if wanted) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large bottle Catalina dressing
    1 large bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef at medium heat.
    Season as desired.
    Drain and cool.
    Toss chopped lettuce, tomatoes and cheese in a large bowl.
    Add Catalina dressing.
    Add ground beef.
    Toss well.
    Crush tortilla chips and sprinkle on top of salad.
    Serves 12 to 15 people.
