Pineapple-Orange Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    orange sherbet
    3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
    1 c. orange juice, chilled
    1/2 tsp. aromatic bitters
    2 (12 oz.) bottles lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
    orange slices, halved
Preparation
    In each of 6 chilled glasses, place 1 small scoop of the sherbet.
    Combine pineapple juice, orange juice and bitters.
    To each glass, add a small amount of the juice mixture.
    Stir to muddle.
    Divide remaining juice mixture among glasses.
    Add another scoop of sherbet to each glass.
    Fill with carbonated beverage.
    Garnish with orange slices.
    Makes 6 servings.
