Ingredients

2 3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. quick tapioca
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 bananas, sliced
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine milk, tapioca, sugar, and egg.
Let stand 5 min.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and bananas. Cool for 20 min. Serve warm or cold.
Yields: 6 servings.
