Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. flour
    1 gal. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Add 2 cups milk to sausage; break up sausage to bite-size.
    Add peppers and salt; cook until brown.
    Add flour and whip roux until firm.
    Stir in remaining milk slowly, making sure all clumps of rue are broken.
    Cook over high heat until thick, stirring constantly.
