Romme Grod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rich sweet cream
    2 tsp. salt
    flour enough to thicken
Preparation
    Place 3 cups of cream in a heavy saucepan and heat. Make a thickening with the rest of the cream and as much flour as needed. Let boil a few minutes.
    Add the salt.
    Stir constantly as it scorches easily.
    Serve with cinnamon and sugar in dabs over top, or with milk.
    Some use half and half.
    We use 3 cups of cream and 1 cup milk.
    Otherwise, too rich.
