Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped canned or fresh peaches, well drained
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
    Beat in yogurt and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and baking powder.
    Add peaches and pecans until just blended. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 12 to 15.
