Mennonite Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 lb. pork (ground)
5 lb. ground beef
5/8 c. salt
1/8 c. ground pepper
1/4 c. liquid smoke (I use more)
1/4 c. water, mixed with liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix ingredients and roll in 20 rolls.
Wrap in foil and freeze.
