Sauteed Spinach With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. leaf spinach
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
    2 large garlic cloves, crushed
    salt
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach in boiling water, according to directions, reducing cooking time by 2 or 3 minutes.
    Rinse with cold water and drain well.
    Press between toweling to remove excess moisture. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-low heat.
    Add garlic. Cook and stir in the butter about 2 minutes.
    Remove garlic and discard.
    Add spinach to butter in skillet and cook over medium-high heat, tossing gently until heated through and flavored with the garlic butter.
    Season to taste with salt and fresh ground pepper.
    Serves 4.
