Low-Fat Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
    1 c. cream of corn
    fat-free cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in skillet (rinse with hot water to remove fat).
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Add meat and corn; mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add fat-free cheese, if desired.
