Turkey Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. water
    3 c. diced turkey, cooked
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3 c. milk
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion slowly in butter until tender, but not brown.
    Add potatoes, celery, water, salt and bouillon cube.
    Cover and cook until potatoes and celery are tender, about 15 minutes.
    Add milk, turkey and thyme.
    Heat just before serving.
    Stir in parsley. Makes 10 cups chowder, 8 to 10 servings.
