Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Saute onion and broccoli in melted butter.
    Combine cornbread mix, cottage cheese and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Stir in sauteed vegetables.
    Pour into 8 x 11 1/2 x 2-inch greased pan.
    Bake about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
