Coconut Pie(Makes Its Own Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    7 oz. pkg. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into 2 Pyrex pie dishes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
