Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut into chunks
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    milk
    water
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan.
    Add 1/4 cup water and spinach.
    Cover and simmer until done.
    Sprinkle flour over the spinach.
    Stir until well blended and thick.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and enough milk to loosen and cream.
    Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
    Add bacon chunks.
    Stir and serve.
