Spaghetti Sauce(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    4 medium onions
    1 to 2 bell peppers
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    3 cans tomato paste
    4 to 5 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    salt to taste
    6 to 8 garlic buds
    8 to 10 bay leaves
    2 large cans mushrooms, drained
    1/4 tsp. each: oregano, rosemary, marjoram, sage, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, red pepper and black pepper
    handful chopped parsley
    dried mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Finely dice onions, bell pepper and celery.
    Saute in a small amount of oil until clear.
    Drain well.
    Brown ground beef, breaking up large chunks of meat.
    Drain well.
    Mix all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
    Simmer on low heat for as close to 10 hours as possible.
    Before serving, remove garlic bulbs and bay leaves.
    Serve over spaghetti noodles.
