Caramel Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 apples, chopped fine and peeled
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs, add oil and vanilla.
Add apples. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add nuts, if desired. Pour batter into 13 x 9-inch pan or two 8-inch round pans, which have been sprayed with \"Pam.\"
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
