Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small mushrooms
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crumbled or crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives or parsley flakes
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms quickly and wipe with a damp towel.
    Combine the above ingredients and pour over the mushrooms.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
