Larry'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal
    1 lb. pork
    1 lb. beef
    1 small onion
    1 medium stalk celery
    2 cans bean sprouts and juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 bottle soy sauce
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut meat in small cubes.
    Braise until brown.
    Cover and simmer until done.
    Slice a small onion and braise until transparent.
    Cut 1 medium stalk of celery and fry until brown. Put in kettle.
    Add 2 cans bean sprouts and juice and 1 tablespoon brown sugar with 1/2 bottle soy sauce.
    Bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch.
    Cook until transparent.
