Meat Ball Sub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground hamburger
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 egg or equivalent
Preparation
    Form into small balls.
    Place on cookie sheet to bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn after 15 minutes.
