Banana Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas (4 if small)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mash the bananas with a fork.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a buttered 8 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour in preheated oven at 325\u00b0.
Keeps well in the refrigerator.
Freezes beautifully.
