Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cut butter into 2 cups flour and powdered sugar until mixture clings together.
Press into 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Beat together eggs, sugar, lemon juice and peel.
Add remaining 1/4 cup flour and baking powder.
Pour over baked crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 another 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
