Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon
1 lb. Ricotta
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add lemon and Ricotta and beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and pinch of salt; beat.
Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Frost when cool.
