Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
12 Ritz crackers (any brand is fine)
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Rinse scallops; put in a glass baking dish.
Crush crackers in a bag.
Add parsley and pepper.
Sprinkle over scallops. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
