Italian Sausage And Peppers On A Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sausage
    2 large green bell peppers
    1 large onion
    1 large can Farmano crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute sausage in 1 tablespoon olive oil prickling sausage to release fat.
    After browned, drain off fat from sausage; add sliced onion, green pepper, tomatoes and salt, pepper and garlic powder as desired.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve on hard crust roll.
