Hot 'N' Gooey Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Fudge Sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9-inch tube or Bundt pan, shaking out excess flour.
    Beat oil, eggs and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and lemon colored. Sift flour with cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add to egg mixture, alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Beat at low speed until blended.
    Pour into prepared pan and bake about 1 hour or until center tests done.
    Cool in pan 10 to 20 minutes before inverting on a serving platter.
    Serve warm with sauce and whipped cream, if desired.
    Serves 10 to 12.
