Baked Squash Casserole With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sour cream
    sharp cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Drain.
    Add seasonings and sour cream.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    until heated throughout.
    Serves 4 to 6.
