Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 pieces boneless chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Put rice in greased baking dish.
    Pour boiling water over rice and stir.
    Add salt; mix well.
    Spread chicken on top of rice mix. In separate bowl, combine soups and 1/2 cup water and blend until smooth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add pepper to taste.
    Cut stick of butter and dot on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours covering the first hour.
