Fruit Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 ripe tomatoes
    8 pears
    8 peaches
    4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    6 medium onions, chopped
    2 red peppers
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice (in cheesecloth bag)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into large kettle and simmer until thickened.
    Stir often (will burn easily).
    Bottle.
