Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook desired amount of potatoes and a little chopped onion until very tender.
Drain partially, leaving a little potato water in bottom of pot.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add margarine.
In a small bowl, make a mixture of milk and cornstarch.
Pour over potatoes and leave on simmer or low until it begins to thicken. Add regular milk to make as thick or thin as you like it.
