Frankfurter Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 small onion, diced
    pepper to taste
    tomato sauce
    6 frankfurters, sliced
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water with salt for 10 minutes; drain.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until top is brown and veggies are done.
