Roberta'S Puffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    3 cloves garlic, cut in half
    1/3 c. olive oil with dash of Tabasco
    2/3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place garlic in oil and allow to stand one hour.
    Mix together the cheeses, bread crumbs and salt.
    Dip chicken into oil and then into cheese/crumb mixture.
    Press breasts into egg shapes, tucking in sides.
    Place seam side down, not touching, on cookie sheet. Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
