Enchilada'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 or 2 potatoes
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
1 large can of enchilada sauce
flour
1 dz. corn tortilla
1 1/2 c. grated Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Griffin's Old Santa Fe Picante Sauce

Preparation

Cook, peel and mash potatoes.
