Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Scald milk, add sugar, flavorings and salt.
Mix together. Stir slowly into beaten eggs.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
