Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    12 oz. corned beef, crumbled
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Mix jello with boiling water, then add cold water and set aside until cool.
    Add corned beef, celery and remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together; pour into 8 x 11-inch pan or serving dish.
    Spread sour cream on top 1 hour before serving and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
