Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oats
Preparation

Melt stick of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Next stir in sugar, cocoa and milk.
Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Stir until dissolved.
Stir in 3 cups of oats and drop by spoonfuls onto foil, waxed paper or buttered plates.
Makes approximately 3 to 3 1/2 dozen 2-inch cookies.
