Spaghetti Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. heavy cream (Coffee Rich)
4 eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese or more
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 1/2 lb. spaghetti
chicken/broccoli (optional)
Preparation

Fry bacon and save drippings; crumble bacon.
Cook chopped onion in drippings.
Cook spaghetti and while that's going, beat eggs.
Add cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
Set aside for later.
Drain pasta and immediately pour egg and cream mixture over top.
Add bacon and onion.
Mix all very well.
Egg will cook on hot pasta.
Add more bacon drippings to taste, Parmesan, too. Makes 6 to 10 servings.
