Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can beer (room temperature)
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well together the 3 (or 4) ingredients and pour into a greased bread pan, approximately 9 5/8 x 5 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
