Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. peeled grated apples
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    unbaked pie shell
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add apples and eggs.
    Spoon into pie shell.
    Cover top with chopped pecans.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0; continue baking 50 minutes.
