Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    onion or minced onion
    2 to 4 slices cheese
    bread crumbs/rolled oats
    ketchup
    2 eggs
    2 pieces bread
    salt and pepper
    1/2 can tomato soup
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 can tomato soup, chopped or minced onions and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add bread crumbs and/or rolled oats to solidify the mixture.
    In another bowl, make the small bread stuffing mixture of broken slices of bread, 1 egg and onions (celery if desired).
    In a loaf pan, place half of the meat mixture.
    Line the center with 1 to 2 slices of cheese and then your stuffing on top of that.
    Top stuffing with 1 to 2 slices of cheese and cover with remaining meat mixture.
    Top with a thin layer of ketchup.
    Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350\u00b0.
