Peppers And Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    2 green peppers, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Place half the steak in a crock-pot.
    Arrange green peppers on steak.
    Place remaining steak on top.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours (high setting for 4 to 5 hours).
    Serve with rice.
