Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

6 to 8 potatoes
Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Peel potatoes, cut in thin round slices.
Place in greased long baking dish, add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread can of cream of chicken soup over the potatoes.
Cut cheese into strips and place on potatoes, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are done (about 30 to 45 minutes).
