Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chuck steaks
    flour
    black pepper
    2 to 3 green peppers, chopped
    2 to 3 onions, chopped
    1 medium can tomato sauce
    5 to 6 carrots, cut up
    1 can peas
    olive oil
Preparation
    Pound flour into steak along with black pepper; cut into strips.
    Brown meat in olive oil, put in onions and cook a little while.
    Add water to cover.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce; cook until meat is tender.
    Put in carrots, green pepper, cook until tender.
    Add peas; add water as necessary.
    Good over mashed potatoes.
