Dutch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Pour melted butter (3 to 4 tablespoons) over top.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
