Pizza Hits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 English muffins
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
dash of onion salt
1/2 c. catsup
18 slices Provolone cheese
18 slices American cheese
18 slices Italian sausage
oregano

Preparation

In a
cup
combine
butter, garlic salt and onion salt. Split muffins
in
half and spread with seasoned butter. Place in baking pan. Toast under broiler 3 inches from heat. Remove and spread halves
with catsup.
Layer with one slice each of Provolone
and American
cheese.
Top with a slice of Italian sausage.
Sprinkle with oregano. Broil 4 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
