Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sifted flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Lightly grease and flour two 9-inch pans.
Blend butter and flour and shape into a well.
Add egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to center.
Mix ingredients well and knead to form a ball of dough.
Set aside one-quarter of the dough for later use.
Roll out remainder of dough and use it to line the bottom and sides of the prepared pans.
