Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
    3/4 smallest pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; saute onions and celery.
    Add cheese and milk.
    In casserole, put soup, rice, broccoli and water.
    Mix. Pour cheese mixture over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
