Chick Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. potato flour
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    self-rising flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix meat, potato flour and water.
    Make into very thin patties. Salt and pepper meat.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Dip patties in egg mixture, then in flour.
    Repeat dipping in egg mixture and flour.
