Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
mixed fruit: 1/2 c. nuts, 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs, water, pumpkin, vanilla and fruit.\tMix well with a fork.
After mixed thoroughly, put in stem pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
I always test with a toothpick to see if done.
Pour glaze over cake while it's still hot, after taken from the oven.
